Dry Seal (Dry Gas Seal), is a sealing system which sealing by gas processing. It’s mechanical system, while sealing between the Mating Ring or ring seal between the two levels of Mating ring and Stationary ring or fixed ring is done with no contact.
    Hydrostatic and hydrodynamic forces are acting on each Dry Gas Seal that controls the position of Stationary ring. Hydrostatic forces arise when the seal is under pressure and hydrodynamic forces arise when the Mating ring begins to rotate. These forces are a function of gas pressure, springs forces and friction force that is exerted on the ring Stationary. It calculates by using the specific equations.
   In addition, the company has gained the above equations and a lot of experience and has managed to design and build a complete set of Dry Gas Seal and design the dynamic testing machine of Dry Gas Seal.
    This type of seal is used for up to 200 bar pressure range and the major advantages that can be mentioned is the lack of energy waste, lack of need for seal oil, simplicity and easy installation, no gas pollution by oil, higher reliability and lower overall cost than other types of  seals.
